In order to add your first deal:
1. Select Add (+) button, and then Deal from the Add menu.
2. Enter the name of the company that you are adding, as well as the details of the contact person form this company.
3. Select the date when you think you will close this deal.
4. Define the product of the deal and its value.
5. Save the deal by pressing the Add button.
If the company and the contact person in this deal did not exist in Livespace before, you have also just added a new company and a new person to your Livespace contacts!
If you add a new company while creating a new deal, you’ll be asked to provide more information about it:
1. Go to the company’s profile.
2. Click Edit to complete it.
3. Enter Company Tax ID.
4. Enter Contact name or other details about the person with whom you are making the deal.
5. Provide the Name of the deal, its source, and owner.
6. Enter any other information you see fit.
7. Accept the changes with the Save button.
When a deal is created, Livespace automatically creates a profile of a person as well. To edit it:
1. Go to the person’s profile.
2. Click Edit to complete it.
3. Enter the person’s phone number and email.
4. Enter the person’s Position.
5. Add any additional information you see fit.
6. Accept the changes with the Save button.
To import contacts to Livespace you need to:
1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Choose Import from the menu on your left.
3. Click Import new file.
4. Add a file in csv, xls, xlsx or ods format.
5. When the file gets imported, you’ll be asked to provide information about it in form of person and company data (Person’s details and Company information respectively).
6. Approve import by clicking Start import button.
To invite your coworkers to Livespace:
1. Go to Account Settings and select Users.
2. Click on Add users.
3. Type in email addresses of the people you want to invite.
4. You can also determine what Account type you want them to have.
5. When you are done click Send.
