We improved how our automation tools work and gave them a fresh look. The redesigned system is faster and more intuitive, making it simpler for sales teams to manage their automated emails and tasks while focusing on customers and closing deals..

Enhanced user interface

We updated Livespace’s look and made it easier to use. Based on feedback from our customers, we simplified navigation, note-taking, and email creation to help streamline everyday work..

AI-powered sales intelligence*

2024 marked our entry into AI-enhanced sales processes. We’ve integrated artificial intelligence capabilities that analyze sales processes and provide actionable insights at crucial moments. This feature helps sales teams make more informed decisions and identify opportunities they might otherwise miss.

  • this feature is currently available only for customers using Polish interface. Global release is planned for early 2025


Make integration

One of our most significant additions was the integration with Make, opening up countless possibilities for workflow automation. This integration allows our customers to connect Livespace with thousands of other applications, creating workflows that save time and reduce need for manual work.

We’re introducing a significant upgrade to our centralized space for team conversations, making it easier to collaborate and share information effectively.

Redesigned notifications

The new notification system will help teams track their most important deals and updates. This revamped feature will provide clearer, more organized alerts to keep everyone in sync with critical developments.

Enhanced search capabilities

Finding information will become faster and more intuitive with our powerful new search functionality, helping our customers locate any piece of information within seconds.

AI-powered smart notes

This feature will allow Livespace users to automatically convert their meeting discussions into structured action items and tasks. The AI-powered system will analyze meeting notes, identify key points and commitments, and organize them into a clear, actionable format within the CRM.
